The 2026 PhD/Postdoc conference will be held in conjunction with the Global Health Conference in Stavanger in November 2026.

You should plan to arrive at Sola Lufthavn (Stavanger airport) Sunday 1st November before 16:00.Ìý
It will take around 30 minutes walking to the hotel from the airport.Ìý
We will open for registrations in August (a link will then be posted here)
Travel Reimbursement
NB Travel reimbursement is available for members who have registered with an abstract to the .Ìý
Travel reimbursement includes:
- Travel within Norway, to and from Stavanger (including local travel in Stavanger)
- Accommodation and full board for the PhD/Postdoc Conference (1st-3rd November)
- Accommodation (including breakfast) for the Global Health Norway Conference 2026
- Early bird registration fee (200NOK) for the Global Health Norway Conference 2026
