Ask your own questions
Research projects can buy time for data collection in the citizen panel, and the panels of politicians, public administrators and journalists or a combination of all four. In the establishment period it is also possible to apply to get your project in the panels for free, if you do not have financing. You find information and deadlines at these pages.

Are you applying for a research project?
- Contact us at kodem@uib.no to make an intention agreement before applying. We will then make sure there is time for your questions in the panels.
Do you already have funding?
- Contact us at kodem@uib.no to make a data collection agreement, so we can set aside time for your questions in the panels.
- Contact us 21 May 2026 by the latest to have your questions fielded October 2026. We need to know early to know how much time we have left.
You do not have funding, but a good idea?
- In the establishment period, we make calls for pre-project proposals. This is directed towards researchers and resarch groups led by a university, research institute or university college in Norway, and who want to establish a new project they do not yet have funding for.
- To field your questions October 2026, the deadline for pre-project application is 21 May 2026.
