The Lingclim group organised a seminar with French colleagues from the University of Bordeaux and the University of C么te d'Azur 鈥 Nice, focussing on reported speech in different text genres, including climate discourse.

The international 鈥淏ergen Summer Research School鈥 (BSRS) in its 18th edition opened on June 10th, with close to 100 PhD participants from more than 30 countries. Kjersti Fl酶ttum gave a plenary opening talk on climate communication and participated also as one of the teachers in the course 鈥淪ustainability and Democratic Practices鈥.
25-28.08.2025
The LINGCLIM group participated at the 40th International Laud Symposium, 25-28 August, 2025, at the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU in Landau, Germany). Johanna Gunn and 脴yvind Gjerstad presented new Lingclim research and Kjersti Fl酶ttum gave the keynote 鈥淧eople鈥檚 motivation for climate action and preferences for language use鈥.
