Lost and found
If you鈥檝e forgotten a charger, ruler, water bottle, or other items in the exam room, you can search the lost-and-found boxes outside on the 3rd floor of Nyg氓rdsgaten 5 a few days after your exam.
In the cabinets under the bench opposite of the entrance to BRITA, you鈥檒l find the lost-and-found boxes. If you don鈥檛 find your forgotten item there, unfortunately, we have not received it.
Personal items and ID cards
If you鈥檝e forgotten personal items such as a laptop, mobile phone, or ID cards (e.g., bank card or driver鈥檚 license), you must contact the Student Department. Describie what you鈥檝e lost and we will contact you via your student email address, whether we find your item or not.
Forgotten , and we ask that you contact them a few days after the exam to check if your student card has arrived there.
Trouble using your device after a written exam?
The most likely explanation is that you haven鈥檛 uninstalled Safe Exam Browser.
Mac
If you鈥檙e using a Mac, your device may freeze after taking an exam with Safe Exam Browser. This is especially common if you haven鈥檛 updated your operating system (macOS) in a while.
What should you do?
Hold down the power button until the machine shuts off. This takes about 10 seconds. Then, turn the device back on鈥攊t should work normally.
Windows
If you鈥檙e using Windows, you might not be able to shut down or restart your PC, and the menu options may be missing after taking an exam with Safe Exam Browser.
What should you do?
- Click the Start button
- Search for Seb Registry Resetter
- When the program appears, right-click it and select Run as administrator
- A command window will open. Answer 鈥测鈥 to the first question
- When prompted for a username, enter your local PC username (not your 黑料吃瓜资源 account) and press Enter
- Log out and log back in鈥攅verything should now work as normal.
