My project aims to better understand source to sink systems and disentangle how they are affected by step-changes in forcing factors (climate and tectonics). Therefore, I will investigate sedimentary changes across the Permian-Triassic transition on Svalbard and combine/compare them with the Finnmark Platform to identify local and shared processes.
