Kristin Str?msnes is a Professor at the Department of Comparative Politics. In the spring of 2025 she was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Political and Social Sciences at the University of Bologna, and in the fall of 2025 she served as a Visiting Scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University. Her primary research areas include political participation and mobilization, voluntary organization and social capital, political activism, and S¨¢mi citizenship.
