Joséphine’s main research interests are within merger control and her current research project deals with the interplay of the EUMR and other EU competition rules applying to concentrations (Articles 101 and 102 TFEU). Before joining BECCLE, she worked at the French Ministry of Economy.
Research

Ongoing PhD project (October 2023-2026) on the consistency and the efficiency of the EU competition law system to control concentration operations.

Teaching

The Foreign Subsidies Regulation (EU/EEA State Aid Law, JUS2302&JUS3502).
