Research
My research is about prediction and learning of evolutionary pathways related to Antimicrobial Resistance. In doing so, I work with statistical models, but also try to understand the problems from the perspective of pure maths (algebra, geometry, topology).
My work is part of the Project at the CAMRIA Centre whose goal is to use inter- and trans-disciplinary approaches to address the challenges in antimicrobial resistance research.
More detailed information about my work and my activities can be found on .
