Short info
I study large-scale atmospheric circulation over Eurasia and its coupling with the cryosphere and land surface, focusing on the Arctic and the Tibetan Plateau.
Research
My research interests include:
- Arctic鈥搈idlatitude dynamical linkages and jet stream variability
- Land鈥揳tmosphere interactions and the persistence of regional climate anomalies
- Nonlinear circulation responses to climate forcing
- Hierarchical modeling and dynamical mechanism attribution
- Proxy-constrained variability in the Arctic and High Mountain Asia
